When buying at auction . . .

  • Decide in advance the type of vehicle or item you wish to buy and how much you are prepared to pay.
  • Research the prices you can expect to pay. "Parkers Guide" or "Car Trade Prices" are useful guides.
  • Make a few visits to the auction before you buy, then you can see how the auction operates.
  • Before bidding, bear in mind that on the fall of the hammer the item is either SOLD outright or as a provisional / subject sale.  If the lot is a provisional / subject sale then the price will be submitted to the vendor to see if they wish to sell or not and you will be duly notified if you are the last bidder. This is a legally binding contract.
  • Any item/vehicle purchased and NOT collected within 10 days of the sale, will be SOLD, WITHOUT RESERVE in the following Sale.
  • On all successful bids there is a BUYERS PREMIUM, PER LOT, for details of the buyers premium please ask one of our administration staff.

PLEASE REFER TO OUR FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
